Big agencies won’t hire rookie agents without clients. Some might hire to have you work in the mail room but not as an agent and I couldn’t risk missing my window of connections. I had several offers from smaller agencies but I either didn’t see eye to eye with some or didn’t think others were very competitive. My dad is a former Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and knows how to run a business and I have an exclusive partnership with one of the country’s largest digital media agencies in addition to some other people in my corner that will be advising and helping.
 
I like it AP...u gotta strike while the iron's hot my man. That is great news that u blew thru the exam so that you can get things moving while you still have close ties to the program. I wish you nothing but success. You will never regret working for yourself if you can get that ball rollin downhill. Best decision I ever made.
