As a fan of NCIS and someone who doesn't like change it disturbs me to see how little my group's problems are being considered. Hasn't my group been through enough? First we lose Kate and we are left wondering if this will be the end of the show. I will admit that Ziva was an upgrade. Though then Ziva went full Dave Chappelle and gave up on the show right before the taping. I tried to remain calm since the last change was an upgrade, but Bishop did not fill that void left. Then we have also gone through several NCIS directors leaving. At one point Gibbs left and thankfully he came back. Now we are at Tony Dinozzo's last season. The lack of empathy for my group is sad.
