Out of Pete's Top 20, can you give us the 5 players you feel most confident about committing to UM?
Other than the players that are already committed.
I think I would have had Duke at 1
Tracy at 3, and Deon at like 15

1 Duke
2 Lane
3 Thomas
4 Tracy
5 Coley
Joey Bosa is overrated.
That's all I'm gonna say about that. Dudes name almost never gets called during an STA game.

Gonna be a bust just like his dad was.

Sony Michel had already accumulated a lot of wear and tear by the end of his freshman year. Not playing football for over one year actually helps him out - shame that it came at the expense of an ACL.
I agree with this as well and as long as his surgery and rehab went well he could be stronger in the long run.
I don't buy into the idea of kids that are elite athletes being affected by the "wear and tear" of HS football.
In college, sure. In the NFL, most definitely. In HS, they are physically superior to almost everyone else on the field, even if they are getting tackled often, it's not that serious. Sony was getting less run than HS players that go both ways.
I realize they're not getting hit as hard as they will in college, it's still a lot of carries when you see kids starting in 8-9th grade. That's going to be over a 1,000 carries in their HS career.
I get you. I just don't think it is an issue. Often when a HS team has a stud RB, they end up making him their offense and go as far as he can take them. That is VERY common. With that, I'm not sure I can think of examples of a major prospect seemingly being worn out entering college due to his workload at the HS level.
