A majority of the admin doesn't care and even if they did they are enjoying the holidays. I'm white and I'm gonna play the race card as much as I hate it. Whatever it takes to cause as much tension and unease for these mother ****ers as possible. Race should be in the fore front of this because the truth is this is hardly different if different at all from Shannon's tenure. The cloud is just a bull**** excuse with very few quantifiable facts to back up its "effect" on the program.
Not sure we will here anything from anyone at UM, they will try to survive this week and hope for a great game against Pitt, get a bowl game and try to forget yesterday as quick as possible!
He's gone after Pitt. What good does it do firing him now? Maybe I'm naive, but I seriously think once zeros hit the scoreboard at No Life in the 4th, they'll release a statement that's he's toast. Or least that's my sappy romantic fantasy.

I would like to believe that, but i don't see it happening. The administration seems to really think they owe him more of a chance b/c of the sanctions he helped them through, and last time the position was open there wasn't many coaches knocking down the door for a shot.
You can't blame Al for staying. None of us would quit our job just because others wanted us to, so saying he should is ridiculous. He probably is trying his best, it's just that his style, his scheme, and his staff's ability to develop players just isn't working at Miami. At worst, he needs to cut ties with some of his assistants. I could name a few but we all have our opinions on just who those guys are.....the Dline coach being on the top of my list.
