Any thoughts at this point...Feagles or Spicer? Anyone else in the mix?

I... I think we've hit the bottom of the "off-season topics to discuss" barrel.

LOL at people ****ting on the punter situation. We've been spoiled the last decade with punting greatness. Look at this ****:

'07-'10 Matt Bosher (Gawd, All-ACC)
'11-'12 Dalton Botts (Underrated, oh and All-ACC)
'13 Pat O'Donnell (Punting Jesus, All ACC and Universe)
'14-16 Justin Vogel (Just made the Packer's cut their incumbent cuz he's comin', All ACC)

We have 3 of our last 4 punters in the league and all 4 were All-ACC. We ranked 15th in Special teams last year according to S&P rankings. Punting is a huge advantage, especially for a team that is going to thrive on defense and breaking in a new QB. Y'all better hope Feagles is the next in the line of greatness. You only miss having a punter when the other team is always starting at their 30
 
Being someone who appreciates all three phases of the game I also think people under appreciate the kicking game immensely.

That being said, I am hoping for the day we rarely see the punter on the field in the majority of our games.
(Hopefully it starts this season.)
 
Punting is important, the ability to change field position helps the defense so much
 
I heard Richt is tinkering around with the no punting idea like that midwest HS coach.

Go for a 1st down, FG or TD on every 4 down, no matter what.

I know Pat O'Donnell, I use to train with him, awesome guy. My brother made his highlight vids when he went to Cincinnati, UM is his favorite team
