Pretty sure it's the former coach at American Heritage (Plantation).

He was the coach at heritage Delray.

I used to sail on Bill Koch's yachts with him at the end of the 80s and early 90s and he was always very nice and down to earth. I can tell you that when he decides he wants to do something, he does it well (See America's Cup 1992). Therefore, if Bill wants to put together a top flight athletic program at that school, there is no doubt in my mind that he will have a top flight athletic program at that school.

In a few years Oxbridge will be formidable. They have a few possible lower tier D1 guys now and knowing how Socha is, it wont be long til the big boys start coming around. They have the best facilities I've seen at a high school in S. Fla and lots of $$ to throw around. Kids will be easily attracted. And with that much money and Support, barring any FHSAA violations this is going to be legit.
