Two things:

First, I said already that I'm not sure if he would be a good coach.

Second, Golden was a Northeast guy. He never had experience recruiting in Florida and his system was doomed to fail at Miami. Also, his only experience was Temple, while did what he did at two schools - USF and WKY. It's like comparing apples to oranges.

Doesn't matter. All that matters is what we do. Like ever fsu you coach, we will determine his fate. We will decide if he gets nay So Fl talent and we will decide if he faces Clemson with at least one ACC loss each year. Oh, Golden is gone. Even Randy managed to beat Jimbo.

Randy never beat Jimbo, Randy won in Bowden's last year. Jimbo kicked our *** every year until this year.

Randy never beat Jimbo, Randy won in Bowden's last year. Jimbo kicked our *** every year until this year.

So Jimbo was only there from 2010. Seemed longer. So mostly he beat Golden like everyone else did and only won when we sucked. I’ll stick with it only matters what we do.

This dude is a corch. But what do you expect FSU fans to say? They are trying to convince themselves this is a good hire by saying he is a great recruiter. As if Jimbo wasn’t a great recruiter or as if their bag men ever had problems getting them top classes. He is a poor mans Jim Haurbaugh.

Charismatic coach. Can he actually coach on the field as Jimbo did on offense? Not sure.

Leavitt. Great LB and DC coach. Can he recruit? Not sure. If he doesn’t go to FSU Canes are better off.

Mario. Great recruiter. Can he coach? Not sure. If he doesn’t go to FSU Canes are better off.



So, let’s hope Taggart goes to FSU sans Leavitt and Mario.
