Can totally see Fat Al and his band of morons doing something like that with Duke in the backfield.

"You know, Joe (Rose). James made a great call. He gave Brad an run/pass option and Brad audibled to a pass. Philip needs to do a better job of getting in front of the defender and boxing him out. Brad made the check to a pass and will have to live with that. Mark had a **** of game plan. Sure, they got 14 in the 4th, but we held them in check most of the night and the offense had a chance to win it at the end. It starts with me, but they need to do better."

No, the call is idiotic even if it works. You don't risk a turnover by getting cute with 30 seconds left in the biggest game of the year. They had time to do three quick QB sneaks, or three quick handoffs. ANYTHING but putting the **** ball in the air when you have time, and downs left. I'd understand the call if it was 4th down, or if it was the last play of the game. It was neither. It was the dumbest play call I have ever seen at that level. Period.

Why didn't the Pats have guys 8 yards deep in the endzone like Dorito does on goal line situations?
