I understand that everyone has their differing opinions about where this search should have gone. But, I feel it is really important to keep things in perspective. To start out any of the rumored candidates except Cristobal would have represented a significant upgrade over the situation we have been in the last 4 and a half years.
We do not know the ins and outs of how this search played out and while its easy to not have confidence in the administration they are entitled to make the decision they deem the is best for the university.
As a fan base we have to stop with all the petty infighting and focus on the future because as it currently stands its a **** of lot brighter than it was a few months ago. Support the team, let things play out and don't make emotional snap judgments. With that being said, Go Canes!
