It was a **** travesty what our WR's did to him in that game. Hope he ends up in the right system and balls out. Perry really seemed to grow up a lot over his career at UM.
 
He's going to walk away with a degree from the U and maybe get a master's from somewhere else. His NFL chances aren't great, so he might as well get the best education his arm will give him.
 
Sad he's leaving because I have the feeling we might often need him because of King's injury and how well he fully recovers. He was the most ready of our QB backups

Frankly I don't think DVD is ready yet although he may eventually get there. Regardless, IMO Garcia may be the better QB candidate and better fit with his already proven passing and running ability but he's yet to take a snap wearing the orange and green.

That being said, I wish Nkosi the best wherever he ends up
 
This guy went from posting nonsense to videos of him playing with his baby daughter after the bowl game. People usually say F’em when a player leaves but Perry has got a message for all the Cane fans.

What is the advantage of leaving ?
1. I highly doubt king will be back by next year and even if he is it’s unlikely he’ll be at the level he was at pre injury, so we likely do not have an entrenched starter
2. This staff has clearly shown that seniority is the most important factor for play time on multiple occasions
3. After 3 OCs lashlee had him playing at a pretty nice level esp if he can build on his bowl game

basically staying he has a chance to be the starter next year on this team and play the best ball of his career

Literally the toughest 20 years of my life. My brother and I ask why we do this to ourselves atleast once a month.
