Perry Starts All Season, 9-3 at Minimum

I don’t see how that changes the outcome... I thought ppl just wanted to start knowing he was going to mess up but gain the experience now op talking like he would’ve took us to New Years Eve or New Year’s Day bowl??

I don’t see it... if we would’ve went 9-3 with Nkosi as the starter the staff would’ve started him going into the season.

Is this a serious post?

Didn’t Perry get majority of the snaps again Duke. Especially in the 2nd half..didn’t perry start vs UVA..y’all want to bring up drops today which we had 5 legit ones no doubt including cager not getting head around..but Perry was also errand on about 5 throws also..no this season no matter who the QB was between Perry and rosier is the same. For most of the year and especially in our losses the oline was inconsistent..Perry had his shot to put the QB story to bed after FSU... He **** the bed vs UVA early. That’s what happened..this oline needs to step up in the off season..get a OC or new oline coach or both
Its funny how Perry keeps winning and Rosier went on a 4 game losing streak. But they are both the same Huh!! Not!!

no offense, but no. not 9-3 with perry this year. there was hardly any difference between malik and perry. wooo perry throws the ball harder, big whoop. he's still just as innaccurate, stares down wr's and doesn't read defenses. Any defense ranked above 100 Perry has had similar to worse stats as Rosier had in Rosiers games.

the problem is the offensive scheme.

Dude..perrry played in all those games except for BC..what are u talking about lol..it’s not about choosing or being a fan of one over the other. My point is further proven today..the oline was solid..and was solid last week..both those games the pass game was off..but the oline wasn’t commuting stupid penalties and setting the O back by making mistakes and getting whipped . That along with solid STs play

You sound like an idiot! Go back and review the games and come back and tell me when did Perry play in any of those loses after Virginia of any significance!

Ummm he played the whole 4th vs Duke & at least half the overall snaps including crunch time.

UVA- perry started-L
BC- perry didn’t play-L
DUKE- perry played most the 2nd half including the last drive-L
GT- perry played the whole game- L

The are available for u on YouTube if you’d like to see

Perry has me scared ****less ... inaccurate and stares down receivers (and loves Harley who is not very good).

Perry never should have been pulled in the Virginia game. Ste the kid back and the yoyo yanking can affect the play of any QB. Richt screwed the team and Perry with the nonsense!

Perry isn’t great, probably not the long term answer, but is definitely better than Rosier. His arm strength also makes the defense respect the pass more, which opens up the run. Rosier has a limp arm, the defense can load the box against the run. Perry should have started all year.

Maybe, just maybe, Perry needed the benching.

By his own admission he didn’t even start watching extra film until AFTER the GT loss because he knew that was his second chance.

The whole leaving him in against UVA rhetoric is pure speculation without a shred of realistic logic behind it.

Freshman QB- you will get some losses and some unexpected ones. CMR made his decision and it backfired. Last year ROSIER WON A LOT OF GAMES- like it or not- and it could had influenced decision. To me some bad luck as opposed to last year´s good luck and a bad mistake but let´s keep things in perspective. Kosi does not win half do¡f the acc losses.

Ok..so u were wrong b4..I’m not tryna argue..go get ready for bed

Total mismanagement of the position by Richt.

One of the most egregious college football coaching failures I've ever witnessed.

Perry loses to LSU, UVA, and maybe GT. He definitely doesn't lose to BC or Duke. Most importantly, he gains experience and confidence to go into the 2019 QB battle.

Let me add that 9-3 is unacceptable at the U and Richt is a 9-3 coach. But even for him, this season was an utter disgrace.

EDIT: I do not believe Perry is a stud QB or the savior of the program unless he takes a huge leap forward next year. Praying JW is legit.

Hopefully you dont believe this, perry didnt answer the questions that he should've known, when he would come to the sidelines and coach richt is talking to em, once coach richt seen this man wasnt studying hard enuff, sit yo *** down. Notice how once the kelly bryant noise started, coupled with perry getting benched during the UVA game, that's 2 games in a row, no turnovers for perry, you know why, its called "player development" he's starting to study more film and get into this offense properly, because otherwise, he'll be blowing the best opportunity he could ask for and that's being a productive starting qb at UM.

Next year, he'll be a solid qb for us and a better leader, cause he understands now that alot of players feed off of him. He understands now how he let alot of his older teammates down by bs'ing. You'll start seeing guys work harder in the offseason, the dedicated ones will, they see now how fast this thing goes by.

Does anybody really think N'Kosi has the accuracy and skill to put up 50 points in a game when it's needed? And, to compete in this era of no defense, you can bet that number of points will be needed at some point.

N'Kosi - despite the drops by his lackluster receiver group -just doesn't look like the answer if we want to compete for a NC. Jarren? Who knows? But CMR went after Bryant for a reason (despite what he says now).

N'kosi is not the answer. Don't no if Richt will ever have a QB that is consistent while he is here. An IMO that will be part of his downfall.

Perry was well above 60% when everything is clicking. Way better than rosier.

rosier is above 60% when he plays FCS and teams under 100 ranked defenses too.
Not true at all, the only time Rosier was above 60% was at Savannah state and Fiu. During his whole career rosier completion rate has been 53.5%. Playing better opponents Perry has been above 60% 3/5 of his starts with receivers dropping at least 4 passes a game. Receivers had at least 7 drop passes today and another stupid play by cager who didn't even turn his head around. The only terrible game that Perry had which was purely his fault was his first start against UVA on the rode.

lol no. perry only has good stats vs trash defenses if you can't tell that from his stats then you are dumb.
