Total mismanagement of the position by Richt.

One of the most egregious college football coaching failures I've ever witnessed.

Perry loses to LSU, UVA, and maybe GT. He definitely doesn't lose to BC or Duke. Most importantly, he gains experience and confidence to go into the 2019 QB battle.

Let me add that 9-3 is unacceptable at the U and Richt is a 9-3 coach. But even for him, this season was an utter disgrace.

EDIT: I do not believe Perry is a stud QB or the savior of the program unless he takes a huge leap forward next year. Praying JW is legit.

We gave up bowl practices because our HC is lazy in 2017. (great time to develop Perry)

We didn't give Perry 1st team reps in spring or fall camp of 2018. (great time to develop Perry)

We didn't start Perry until the wheels fell off the wagon.

When we did start him we yanked him as soon as there was any kind of adversity.

Now...despite all that..this kid has shown his worth.

Mork is a ******.

If the WRs catch half the balls and Perry would flash more of his dual threat running ability we're 11-1 and *****ing about possibly being left out of the top 4. ****.

As an optimistic fan I thought we would go 11-1 with a loss to BC. I'm fairly certain that we lose to BC, friday night, red bandana game, no matter who was the QB. We shouldn't have loss to Duke or UVA at all. GT is weird every year.

I'm glad that somebody else is able to see it exactly like I do!! Richt screwed our year with his stubborn foolishness from the start!!

Hate to say it but Perry isn’t the answer either. Our biggest problem is that we might not have the answer on the roster and it seems like we certainly don’t have have the coaching.

Who said that Perry is the answer? You missed the point of this post.

Perry is the answer but the hidden weakness tonight was exposed and that was are wrs not being able to make plays all year long and dropping many money passes.

Is having a QB who can complete 62% of his passes while being capable of throwing intermediate routes and deep balls too much to ask? It sure seems like it is. Trash Quarterbacking sunk this team and wasted a top quality defense that did not give up over 30 points all year. (LSU had a pick 6 to bring the total over 30 in that one). I'm FAR from sold on Perry. He obviously deserved to start over Rosier though because there is zero point in starting a Senior who is doomed to struggle over a Frosh who has far more physical talent and might learn from his struggles. The job needs to be wide open in the spring. So many of Perry's passing performances this year have been unconscionable (Virginia, Duke, today). I just don't see competence on the horizon for him anytime soon. I hope I'm wrong.

Didn’t Perry get majority of the snaps again Duke. Especially in the 2nd half..didn’t perry start vs UVA..y’all want to bring up drops today which we had 5 legit ones no doubt including cager not getting head around..but Perry was also errand on about 5 throws also..no this season no matter who the QB was between Perry and rosier is the same. For most of the year and especially in our losses the oline was inconsistent..Perry had his shot to put the QB story to bed after FSU... He **** the bed vs UVA early. That’s what happened..this oline needs to step up in the off season..get a OC or new oline coach or both

Majority of snaps against Duke. Lol, what a cluster**** that back and forth QB situation must have been on these kids.

Hope Perry is the guy, and he just needs more time and for the WRs to get more seperation and start hanging on to the ball.

What is concerning is that most of the game he had decent protection and he was still inacurate with a lot of throws. Especially under throwing several deep balls.

I don’t see how that changes the outcome... I thought ppl just wanted to start knowing he was going to mess up but gain the experience now op talking like he would’ve took us to New Years Eve or New Year’s Day bowl??

I don’t see it... if we would’ve went 9-3 with Nkosi as the starter the staff would’ve started him going into the season.
