No one but the staph knows and they’ve been plenty wrong on other players.
He was run out of Ohio State. Day literally packed his bags for him. Couldn't play here. The Shrimp isn't good.

Agree, makes sense for him to transfer. The reality for us is, Tate came in as the huge splashy-name high profile transfer. I'm sure he was given every opportunity to win the job (and likely our coaches figured he was the front runner when he came as well, as he obviously didn't leave OSU to sit on the bench) yet he gets beat out by BOTH Jarren Williams and Kosi Perry in camp. Williams and Perry. Just chew on that for a minute.

People dont get that OSU had a stud coming in at QB & that he was gonna be the guy no matter what? QB's transfer all the time. I can't fathom how you guys believe Martell is worse than the neanderthals we have at QB.

Perry has played in 9 power 5 games in where he’s started or thrown 20 attempts or more. He’s only thrown more than 200 yards in 2 of those 9 games...(421 vs va tech and 204 vs FSU). Whelp...
He was a high level recruit in their program for 2 years. They PACKED his bags for him. They didn't want him at QB. You can't be this dumb, can you?

The point is that IF Martell were this stud QB, Ohio State would have done the same thing UGA did ... Stick with the stud they already have.
They told Martell he didn't even have a chance at starting, and Fields hadn't gone to one practice.
