Perry Starting

QB is not why we are losing but we definitely dont have one.

Ahh yes, we had Jarren who showed the most promise out of a young QB in years, got hurt, and now who knows what the staff is doing. They're all in on one read Perry for some insane reason.

He’s better than take a sack Jarren

You mean the kid who had 4 total games under his belt, hit the 10-20 yard pass better than anyone we've had since, well, I don't know. But his internal clock, which gets better w/the more time you play is the reason we should go with one read Perry?

This is why highly rated kids don’t come here because coaches will go out there way to Fvck up development of players. I’ve never seen poorer roster mismanagement .

- patchan/garvin starting game 1 and getting most of the minutes the next 4 weeks when you have 2 freak nfl talents behind them and outplayed them. Dj ivey constantly playing

-this whole Jarren is our guy yet he hasn’t played since a single terrible quarter of football just dismissing all the good things he has shown in limited sample size.

- RB situation.

- Oline situation(scaife not starting at tackle game 1). Inserting freshman over Cleveland reed. Not trying other options at Left tackle. Plus others.

- ragone linebacker situation vs ga tech....

- martell getting snaps over other receivers when he just switched prior to the uf game.

- There’s even more but I’m sick of listing them

So Williams can improve his internal clock with more games played but Perry can’t improve on his one read? Jarren takes to long to read the defense and make a decision. He also has bad pocket awareness.

Perry has played plenty, and no, field vision in general isn't something that can be greatly improved. A little bit, but no, vision tends to be more of an innate talent. But yes, internal clock is something that can see great improvement by reps. Come on, that's football 101.

Is ohio state the only school running it?
No, but that wasn't my point.

I feel he should transfer because it's best for him if he ever plans on playing at whichever position he decides to stay at, but the idea that he's secretly the best QB on the team is ridiculous.

The fact is he's a very limited passer & lacks significant arm talent, that doesn't mean he couldn't be an effective QB for another team, but people need to stop acting like he's some Superstar.

Ryan Day is literally one of the best QB developers in college football, he was with Tate for 2 years, saw him up close & personal & could've easily handed over the keys to team to him once he became HC, he flat out went NOPE & brought in Fields & told Tate to hit the road... That's been a major red flag that Canes fans have been in denial about since we got him.
