Perry in Herald

Stick a fork in N'Kosi. Wait, he did that to himself. He clearly doesn't take the game seriously enough, doesn't have the brains to realize everything that goes on social media comes back to bite you, and couldn't care less about this team or his teammates. A dude who pulls a stunt like that is just cancerous to the team and I'd cut ties today. No "he's only 19" B.S. He's done.

Think about the possible inquiry or investigation he could subject the team to because of that selfish crap.

No accident that even after he deleted this the Herald suddenly has it. Say what you will about the Richts they know how to handle the media. In 3 or 4 days the fire Richt for benching Kosi talk has died down substantially.

RS Freshman QB whose 19 is showing money on IG...RS Senior QB who is 23 challenges fans to come down to UM to fight him. Maturity aye?

What's the common denominator?
Don’t forget Weldon who doesn’t know the golden rule when Eating *** is to never touch eye to hole.. but real talk it’s concerning when your qb coach is your son and you have Weldon, rosier and Perry who just aren’t living up to the standard

I just don't think the kid gets it. I'm not sure he will. Posting videos like that would seem to greatly increase your chances of getting jacked.

So now you see what Richt is dealing with. This kid has shown red flags since he got here, even got suspended one game. Has no leadership skills, maturity issues and he would rather party then watch film. There is no wonder he has not excelled with all the talent he has.

At the same time, Richt was run off from Georgia for botching the QB situation there the last 3 or 4 years. It seems he is headed that same way here. Unless Williams shows up in a big way then we are hosed at QB next year as well. To add to that we have no one in the pipeline on the recruiting front. This could be a real big problem next year and that would all be on Richt.
All this clown had to do was beat out sorry *** Malik who isn’t even a P5 QB. It’s not like he had to come in here and beat out a real QB.

He couldn’t even do that even though he has has 100x more talent than Malik because the game and his opportunity doesn’t mean enough to him.

I’ve seen kids like this with limitless ability coast through and wind up wasting their ability and eligibility and trying out for Arena League teams after they flame out in college. It’s too bad he never had any real guidance and mentoring growing up.

By the time a kid hits his age it’s usually too late to make a big difference with them because the idiocy is already too deeply ingrained. It’s always someone else’s fault with kids like this because everyone sucked their *** growing up and looked at him as a savior or a meal ticket. No accountability equals almost a guarantee of failure at this level.

Fact of the matter is that perception to most is 90% of reality. If someone is perceived to be a dumbass by doing stupid stuff no matter the intellect of the offender, that person will be labeled a dumbass until proven otherwise.

Fortunately, one bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch. There are many young men on our team that represent the U with the highest of character. Hopefully, some of the leaders can be a positive influence on Perry. I wish him no ill will but hope he grows up quick and realizes what a tremendous opportunity he's throwing down the toilet.

Why post that, it be your own posts man smfh, and look at Barry jacknson and Susan Miller degnan keep posting the sh*t after richt said the kid is in good standing and has been talked with about it. We have the worst reporters covering this team I swear

I hear what you're saying, but perception for the most part is bull$h!t.

Remember when people basically labeled Edgerrin James as a thug because of His dreads & gold teeth...come to find out, it was Edge that was clean off the field, and it was Peyton Manning that stuck His Hershey Highway in a female trainer's face.
That's all true, but perception shapes reality. People are judged on their looks all the time for better or worse.

Pieces like this one generate a ton of clicks. The Herald would be foolish not to run it since most casual observers who aren't constantly looking down at their phone sifting through social media posts likely weren't aware of Perry's vid until it became a news story.

I hope he stays so he can compete with Jarren and whoever else in the spring. After that my guess is you'll never hear from him again.

Who's the grass that showed it on here is the question?

As a middle aged, educated AA male I get so ashamed by the unprofessional appearance and actions of too many of my people. As my daddy used to say, "you judged from the neck up", get a **** respectable haircut for one and get rid of those nappy, dreds and twisted up raggedy looking hairdos. Although it has nothing to do with intelligence it is an inhibitor to opportunity into the professional world.

Back to issue (smirk).....This silly little boy is not from money, owns a **** thing nor based on his performances headed to getting that contract. Why you so wanting to do that ghetto *** over done poor N with a wad post!!! You a QB for a major private college football team! Act like you learning something BOY and got some sense!
I get what you are trying to say, but quick question, who decided that the way his hair is cut, is not respectable? You mentioned nappy, dreds, and twisted, only to then labeled them as "raggedy." I personally do not sport either of the previous mentioned "hairdos." However, considering that you self identify as an educated African-American, I am a bit shocked by the ignorance of your comment.

Kings and queens have embraced and sported the same look that you have deemed to be "raggedy." Calling him "lil boy" and using the term "ghetto", simply because it's different, only furthers my point. What's the purpose of being an "educated African-American" if you are still misinformed?

Malik would get knocked TF out !

I hope he didn't say that BS
