Perfect Year for a New HC

Not expecting a new HC at the end of this season, however, this would be the ideal season to do it.

We have skill position talent, young QB’s in need of developing, and new facilities. Generally, when the original coach is let go/leaves, recruiting takes a quick hit.

But being that the only recruits we have at this point are truly guys who want to be here, this is the perfect time for a changing of the guard. This would allow time to establish a culture in time to keep the ‘20 recruiting class elite and fix some personnel issues.

Here’s to hoping CMR sees his deficiencies and retires, leaving his Alma mater with resources to hire a competent staff. We can dream!
