*Obviously consider the source*

- Sounds like Blake and Manny are safe for now and Blake is willing to put his career on the line to make this work

- Lashlee is going through HR protocols and will be announced next week

- Highsmith deal is trending positively and could get done over weekend

Blake James spent $4m of the University's money to hire our DC away from Temple; a) without a coaching search and b) when he could have had him for free if he'd acted sooner and was THIS in love with him.

His career better be on the ******* line!

Still, extremely ballzy for someone without any nuts thinking by keeping Manny and hiring Zo and Lashlee that things will finally take a turn in the right direction for Miami. At best we win 10 games for the 2020 season. At worst, things don’t change, the offense sputters, and Blake is fired along with Manny. It’s the last showdown at the OK Corral.

Zo coming in has nothing to do with Blake. He'd be running football and likely having a pretty significant say over Manny's fate.
Well that's what I'm saying wonder if he would want to shake things up at s&c Because some of the stuff we have heard doesn't sound good

Wrong because that sounds like Blake’s fate is tied to manny. If manny gone next year Alonzo can set this program up in the way he thinks would be the most successful. this might actually be a win/win.

We suck next year and we will fire blake and manny, with a very passionate and knowledgeable alumni in Alonzo making huge decisions about the direction of the football team and prob taking the AD role. If we are good the team is doing what we all ultimately want and know we got rid of one of the big problems in Enos.

Personally I like manny just think he is in over his head And this is not the place to try and learn on the job. We have a passionate fanbase and a prestigious football program that is finally getting a football mind in Alonzo that should be a staple to bringing the U back from this soft *** athletic department.
