Pelini going out like a boss

Only if Al had half the passion and fire Bo did. Both corches but at least Pelini's play motivated and would much rather have a rebel like Bo than the politically correct corporate executive in Al Golden

If Folden was a corporate exec with his track record, he would have received his walking papers a couple of years ago.
 
Pelini went out like a man. Glad to hear that he didn't mince words when talking to his men. Refreshing to hear someone call it like he saw it instead of feeding everyone a bucket of politically correct ****.

Real question. Pelini said it with his chest out, true. BUT does that get him off the hook for having ****** losses against crappy teams? **** him. **** Nebraska. **** Eichbitch. And most of all **** Golden.
 
The world is full of those ***** *** lack of manliness spineless white dudes who make policies for everyone else but have no idea what the real job needs. This could go full racial, but I gotta admit I kinds get a kick out of white dudes being set up to fail by those types, then complain about the same system that put them in charge. Wish James would **** Golden the same way, but they butt buddies.

I will never give Eichorst credit for that hire. Larranaga hired himself by bombarding those clowns with his resume and links to his Wiki page.


Don't think for a SECOND we would have ever hired Jim ****in' Larranaga if he didn't make the phone calls himself. Absolutely zero ****in' chance Eichorst, or anybody else at the Unathletic Department, had a lick of insight or inspiration into that stroke of luck.

We didn't offer him. He literally picked up the telephone, called our AD dept, and offered himself. He had to link him his ****ing Wiki profile, because whoever picked up the phone didn't have any idea who he was.

Jesus Christ, it's pretty much the single most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, because anybody who follows college basketball seriously knew who Jim Larranaga was after that miraculous Final 4 run. And yet our Unathletic Department needs a mugshot to pick him out of a police lineup, because they didn't have a ****ing clue who he was.

Everyone acts in their own best interests. That's why we have a system where you see what you posted above. Look at Donna. She is only interested in the UM medical skool, for that is her legacy. Ive been told by significant donors to UM that donna has forsaken the rest of the university all in an effort to boost the medical school before she retires.

Look at Blake James. He's not willing to absorb a $5 million one time expense (golden's buyout) 6 months before he gets a new boss.
