- Top 3 is UM, OSU and FSU

- Regarding UM : “As of right now they got off off probation,” Peete said of Miami. “That’s a big thumbs up for us. That opens a lot of doors for us players. I’ve visited the campus a lot. That’s played a major role in my recruiting process. Miami is the team to beat.”

- Peete says OSU is #2 and UL and FSU are battling it out for #3

- He hopes to take ovs to UM, UL, LSU and OSU this fall but right now it's uncertain who is pressing for a commitment

- Peete hears from OSU wr coach Zach Smith. “He’s a great guy,” Peete said. “He likes my athletic ability and my size. Ohio State is a great program. They produce great wide receivers. Me and my teammate Damon (Arnette) are thinking about going up there when they play (Virginia Tech on September 6) during our bye week.”

- He also keeps in thought with UL wr coach (and former Cane great) Lamar Thomas saying he can relate to him as a coach
