Would have been a really tough catch. Bauman slander here has gone way too far. Our RBs are averaging 6ypc in the playoffs and we have been great in the WR screen game. Neither of those things happen without your starting TE doing great work blocking.

Hard to call that a drop, yes he had both hands on it but the defender wedged his way in there and Bauman was reaching back. I’ve been critical of his receiving capabilities but I didn’t blame him there, and he came up huge as a blocker last night.

If he caught it cleanly with both hands I doubt the defender would have jarred it out.

He kind of bobbled it for a second which allowed the defender a shot to knock it free, unfortunately
