Pretty sure Zion’s *** was credited with 2 sacks tonight, but that’s off-topic.
Jarren showed some great accuracy and made some nice throws despite the fact that every play he was annihilated within fractions of a seconds. He tends to hold on to the ball a little too long sometimes, but that can be fixed.
He climbed the pocket (the rare times he had one) a few times to make some strong throws. I think he’s got some major tools to work with here and he can be very good for us. I hope Penos finds a way to protect him, but he deserves some big time recognition for gutting it out tonight even though he was gang raped every drop back. He played his *** off and is tough as nails.
Big time future ahead for Jarren. I’d love to see how deadly he could be with time to throw.
