Paul Williams is nowhere close to being a decent coach. He was probably planning his exodus the minute Golden was fired. Others like Hurlie, Beard, etc. thought they had a chance to stay on Richt's staff.

All those pee wee coaches had no shot willl see where everyone lands suprised williams was picked up so fast illinois one of the best defense teams in the country
