Wow, this comes as a surprise. Glad to see that option offense go as it was always a thorn in our side. It will take at least 2-3 years to turn that team around. Next hire should be interesting.

No, but IMHO they should get rid of that medieval offense and that will require a lot of time.

Anyway you're right: big city, good university, very nice recruiting ground and ****** division. Definitely a good job.
They need to target a Frost or Tom Herman type. A guy who can work with what he has offensively and build.

If they did decide to go triple option, they could stay in-state and go with the guy not too far away at Kennesaw State. They've got that offense rolling at the FCS level this season.

And in an unrelated story, Miami has found it's new OC.

"The triple option wishbone offense has been a staple of college football since the turn of the century" Miami head coach Mark Richt said. "Those plays have worked for over 100 years. I see no reason why they won't continue to work for another 100", Richt insisted.

In another unrelated story, Miami's entire 2019 and '20 class has decommited.

Hopefully they get someone good. We are losing games anyways so lets at least play relevant games haha. No but seriously the ACC is trash right now, Ga Tech will never be as good of a program as us but would be nice to improve the league somewhat.
