It's amazing how people living within an hour of Miami aren't aware of how beautiful it is.

The OV experience is something special and doing it with friends could be very moving. Add to that our
recent recruiting haul, player development under Richt's staff, Richt himself, familiarity with Rumph,
trend of our program, a high-quality private-school education, and proximity to moms and pops....

Not to mention the game day experience at the rock and playing on the same field his dad played on..

That's a lot to walk away from.

THE OB at night>LSU at night>The Rock at night.

okay straw man, but what's your point and what does it have to do with my post?

Just saying LSU's home atmosphere is unbelievable, his dad is from Louisiana, and they have a solid track record of putting db's in the NFL. That's a lot to walk away from too.

He was born in Miami though and he can play not just with his boys, bot just in front of family but play in the stadium his father became a South Florida legend and All Pro. That's alot to walk away from also

No, it's actually not and doesn't compare.

If by mathematical you mean completely qualitative, then yes, thanks for the analysis. When was the last time we went from completely outside a kid's top 5 to pulling off a NSD (February) surprise? UM kids have balls, they're all in on the U, especially locally.

Tracy Howard?!? At the DB position

LSU has historically been a great place for DBs, but it’s gotta be tough to commit to a school with a coaching situation like theirs. Does anyone think Oregon lasts more than another season there?

Don't know answer to your question but if they are all visiting a once it's a telling sign they want to play together.

I appreciate your nostalgia about the OB. I was at every UM home game in the OB from 1992 until the final game. I have great memories from that shthole, but make no mistake, it was a shthole. IMHO, the Rock is better than the OB.

His dad is from Louisiana and has the money to move back there at any time. Oddly enough, Pat has moved twice since the end of his NFL career and never moved out of Broward. I think the Surtains like South Florida.
