This Richt guy has me in goosebumps every time I read an article about him. Man, that's my coach

I like this guy a lot. Don't see him as a hybrid, though. Looks like a straight DE. His importance is understated. There's an outside shot that we lose both of our starting DEs next year (AQM, if he stays, and Chad, if he leaves early). A guy like Bethel would be in line for a lot of playing time.

This is where recruiting and being ahead of depth problems comes into play. Very similar to when we were recruiting Denver Kirkland and I remember saying "hey, this guy may HAVE to be a starting Guard for us in a couple years." Staff didn't properly prioritize and voila.

Reminds me of Vernon. Not as explosive, but he's got that fast twitch.

Better not drop him into coverage. This kid needs to play with his hand on the ground. We had enough of the DE dropping into coverage bullshyt under Folden and Dorito.

Like the part when Richt said he did not want to put too much weight on him but not starve him either. I feel a couple of our players Chad and berrios may have to drop a couple pounds and focus on speed and explosiveness.

"(Coach Mark Richt), he said something right on point - `I don't want to put too much weight on him, but I don't want to starve him either,'" Randy said. "Pat is more of a hybrid player, plays comfortably either one. He has the ability to drop in coverage and can play the run from a 2-point or 3-point stance."

That idiot coach we fired would have wanted him to gain weight and be slower. I stated earlier in the week and agree with coach, Bethel is a hybrid DE/LB type.

Chad has no reason to leave for the NFL after 2016.

Well I assume if he has 10+ sack/dominate season he would leave after season.

Chad is very overrated. He'll never have 10 sacks in a season here. He's worried about his rap career too much. Many ppl say he has very poor work ethic.

Have to sort of agree about the rap career part, he appears to have all of the talent in the world I just think he is more focused on his rap career than his football career.
