Personally, I think every head coach has the right to make personnel decisions the way he wants. Let him own whether he is successful or not. If there is another 7-5 year next year and he isn't fired, then revolt in the streets.

OP is the kind of wait and see idiot that gets coaches an extra year, millions of dollars, and sets this program back yet again. You are destructive, you just listed the problems, why the **** would you just sit back and see what happens. I absolutely DISAGREE with you. Because your boy Richt will still be head coach in 2020, if Miami finishes 7-5 next season. Bloody well guarantee it!
