It’s an odd deal. It seems like Jones probably did it but the burden of proof is way higher than that.

That ESPN article probably led them to say, ok, this is who we think did it so we will charge him. It’s going to be tough to convict unless they have turned up something new in the 10+ years they didn’t bring charges. I’m thinking they figure at least now everybody knows what they think happened and if they can’t get a conviction than that is the reality based on the evidence they can gather.

Whole thing is really sad and hopefully this wasn’t Cane on Cane crime. That’s tough to even fathom.
