Parking seat relocation

i'm in the third row at the 20 yard line. didn't like it originally because it was too low, but for the most part much of the game is just a few feet away, plus the benches are right in front and you get to interact a bit with the players.

Are you in section 144? If so, you are right in front of me.

You should get an email if you're not in the suites or field club. You could call your rep and ask when your time is. They run it in a similar process of levels, hopefully they don't ***** people up again. Thankfully, this thread was posted and called in.

What I was asking was when the process started and how it was being run and what the priority would be. Seems pretty crap that the only criteria is number of CONSECUTIVE years of season tickets. AKA, someone who's been buying season tickets and donating to the HC since the early or mid-80's, but skipped buying season tickets for a year or a few years for whatever reason is in line behind someone who's never even joined the HC or donated beyond the required ticket donation but starting buying season tickets a year earlier.

Why wouldn't the priority criteria be consistent from one set of ticket purchases to another?

Hot freeking mess that ticket office is. The priority criteria changes constantly, seems to be based on a whim with little to no reason behind it, is only vaguely "announced", if it even is announced, and is about as opaque as possible.

Does anyone else remember how they were encouraging people to sign up and start paying for 2019 season tickets by August of 2018 in order to get put at the front of the line for 2019 seat selection? What ever happened to that? Is that even happening?

This is all just crazy, and no way to treat your customer.

Everything changed after the tax law, which actually has nothing to do with these issues. They had a great point system and for the most part, flawless. I remember, I think you're referring to the new 12 month payment plan, which of course locked you in; conveniently before ACC play started last year and we all know how that ended. Complete **** show.

Exactly. Tax law changes are a complete cop out. Publish the criteria, stick to the criteria, make it clear and understandable and only make minor adjustments as needed. Let people understand where they rank, why, and how they can change that if they so desire, and then make priority based on that criteria.

This is total Banana Republic **** they way they are running things right now. It's like a ****** fantasy football commissioner changing all the rules in the middle of the season because his team sucks.

How they gonna go and try to get people to start paying for tickets for 2019 season before 2018 season has even started, promise to give those people who sign up early advantaged priority for upgrading their seats, then go and make upgrading priority based on nothing more than consecutive years of buying season tickets?

All they're encouraging with this policy is telling people to buy one cheap seat if they can't go to games for that year and try to sell it to opposing fans in order to maintain their priority.

Yep, I remember before I could see my total points, how they were given and even how they can change

I am one who benefits from the number of years holding season tickets, but they can't even get that right. They had me at 33 years, which is not correct. I've had tickets for consecutive years beginning with the 1981 season, so it should be 38 years (39 if they count this year). I was told "sorry, our records only go back 33 years." They asked if I could provide a receipt from 1981. ****, I can't even find my Home Depot receipt from last Monday.

You should have sent them a bunch of wet paper and told them that all of your 1981 receipts were damaged during Hurricane Andrew.

Blake and his minions REALLY need to stop using the "tax law" excuse. I'm a tax attorney, and it's BULLSH!TE.

That touches another nerve. Since August of last year, my point total has decreased by 84 points. Don't have a receipt for that either. Last year's total was not in writing.

I recently got a letter that detailed some of my contributions, and they had zero for a couple of years when I **** well know I made contributions (****, I took the deduction on my tax return, and I'm a tax attorney).

Blake's Athletic Department is a DISASTER. But he sure likes wearing that green blazer and cashing those huge paychecks that he steals.

Good point!

Here is an email I received that explained the rankings including the "priority" given to the 12 month plan.

"Here is how we ranked everyone.

First by consecutive years as a season ticket holder: (379 total)
Then by total number of years as a season ticket holder: (1,130 total)
Then by if you signed up for the 12 month payment plan (214 total)
Then by the amount of money spent on tickets this season only (you are ranked "X" out of the 214)

If you did not sign up for the 12 month payment plan, based on the above criteria, your time would have been 2:08pm instead of 10:22am"

So my priority access is basically access to the online system 4 hours earlier than I would have gotten without the plan.

The way they have gone about this entire season ticket/opening game/relocation process has really left me undecided if I will renew next year. I can't blame my rep, but the administration should be held accountable. Terrible customer service with these tactics ("priority access", people allowed to buy more than their allotment, not mentioning the game could be moved). It's like a Mickey Mouse operation and no one who has any business sense is running the place.

How is the relocation process going for anyone that has been able to make their selections so far? We've only had season tickets for two consecutive years at this point, so we're all the way at the tail end of this sucker, just curious to hear people's success/experience as they go through it ahead of us. TIA.

Basically, bump.

It was very smooth yesterday. I did need to call because of an error I made, and got to a rep without holding. They even called me once after I cancelled a selection while I was checking with a friend. I was able to get in and look before my assigned time.
