What I was asking was when the process started and how it was being run and what the priority would be. Seems pretty crap that the only criteria is number of CONSECUTIVE years of season tickets. AKA, someone who's been buying season tickets and donating to the HC since the early or mid-80's, but skipped buying season tickets for a year or a few years for whatever reason is in line behind someone who's never even joined the HC or donated beyond the required ticket donation but starting buying season tickets a year earlier.
Why wouldn't the priority criteria be consistent from one set of ticket purchases to another?
Hot freeking mess that ticket office is. The priority criteria changes constantly, seems to be based on a whim with little to no reason behind it, is only vaguely "announced", if it even is announced, and is about as opaque as possible.
Does anyone else remember how they were encouraging people to sign up and start paying for 2019 season tickets by August of 2018 in order to get put at the front of the line for 2019 seat selection? What ever happened to that? Is that even happening?
This is all just crazy, and no way to treat your customer.
