I don't see the reason to trash the kid on here like this. He's not playing well and I'm sure we'll see the coaches do what you do in those situations; adjust playing time.

Gray is going to be special and Tucker is a beast as well. Why do we play Gus? I root for him but **** does he not play tough or smart at all. Dude should run over mother truckers 24-7 but he goes down if someone winks at him. We bringing in Scarlett next year along with at least Walton so i think he gets moved or transfers as Yearby ( Duke gone as he will be the 2nd or 3rd rb taken) /Scarlett/Gray/Walton is a **** of a 4 deep.

I'm starting to think he did something bad to the Oline. I don't think he's good either, but dude gets hit in the backfield every time. He can't be that slow, right?

Exactly. Gus needs to watch some Gurley film, and ask himself if he is capable of playing that way. If the answer is no, he's in for a short career.

Gus the bus is over unless he gets it in gear. Becomes more evident every game.
Also I do have this weird feeling Duke might stay. But then I think he might go too.
I've seen Duke as high as #2 or #3 for junior class RBs. I'll tell you. If anyone wants to disagree go ahead. But I rate him as 2nd with a tie with Gordon from Wisconsin for RBs with Gurley being #1. Duke is not utilized enough.
But don't get it twisted, teams are salivating over him, if he's not taken in the first he will go early second round. He can run, catch, stiff arm, keep moving his legs, gets the extra yards. Everything you want in a back. He's just missing some height and that's it. He can do it all.
I feel Duke is not used enough here. He's underused and it ****es me off. The dude was on pace for almost 2400+ all purpose yards to shatter records last season and now he's chugging up for it again this season too.
What also doesn't make sense to me. 2 things. Why is he not on kickoff? That's dumb move by staff. Why is he not automatically getting 25+ carries a game, he's built for it now. But yet we give dumb carries to Gus.
All I'm gonna say to end my rant. Duke is underused here. They do not give him enough carries.

He needs to do straight SQUATS all off-season. With no time to work on upper body lol. That dude can't break many tackles.
