Parish

Parrish and Thad are our better versions of Blake Corum and Haasan Haskins if you want an idea of what you're going to get.

Mr. Emotional calling people sensitive Hahahaha You're a ******* fool.
Emotional? Bruh I just speak the truth it seems like complaining but it's just the truth. We watch the games to root for the team but if u see something wrong (in your opinion or your eyes) u can't say anything? I guess we all have to be orange n green ***** I guess if u say so.

I'm not right all the time no one is....and my complaints aren't a trolls complaints. There is a difference between trolling and just telling it like it is.

Do your thing. I rarely read your posts anyway.

Parrish just trains every day the X way , when you train like this and you number is called performing is on instinct and your training goes on automatic pilot with no thinking to slow you down.

Now we have to stud RB starting in Parrish and Thad with depth that knows they’ll also be in the rotation.

We’re in good hands with Parrish he plays with passion ( love) , Parrish has no pride replacing it it with Passion it’s amazing what happens when you dump your selfish pride for Passion for others .

You see it glaring bright in his play , you see it when Parrish is gassed he’ll pull himself out do NOT to hurt his team enough so he gave up a TD for Thad to do the honors.

THAT IS LOVE PASSION FOR HIS TEAM .

Enjoy Parrish a gift 🎁 that will continue to be unwrapped.

GOCANES
I did notice that. The drive where he took himself out of what wouldve been a TD for himself.

Pleasantly surprised by him. Kudos to the OL and running game. 7/7 on third downs too.

Why are people surprised though?

He put up legendary numbers in big boy SFla football. He was productive in the SEC west.

Kid is growing into his own and doing exactly what his track record said he would.

I get it though. If you don’t have elite measurements, people think you can’t play.

Never saw him play before, that’s why I was surprised.

I would like to apologize to everybody that talked about parish being a stud. I was completely wrong on him and I’m ready for some crow to eat. He’s just so silky smooth between the tackles yet so strong at point of impact.

I’m very excited about our backfield including Thad Franklin who also looked very good today.
Don't think he will last all season

Can some of y’all chill? It was Bethune Cookman 😂
THIS x1000.

HOWEVER, I was wrong about Parrish too. He absolutely has a role in this offense and a solidified place in that RB room.

Ive said it many times, Chaney needs to hurry and get back in this thing as soon as he can because if the 3 headed monster of JK, TF, and HP show out against TAMU...I dont know if there is a short term place for him in this rotation. There will be no 4 man RB rotation in Gattis offense. And you gotta stick with the guys who got you to where you are. Will be interesting to follow this as the season goes on. Because we all know what Knighton is capable of based off last year.

My only concern will be how durable he will be as the main guy. But it looks like we have a decent stable of backs that can share the load and as long as our oline keeps doing what it did we should be ok.
Didnt look so much like he will have to be the main guy. We all know what Rooster can do, and watching Thad run...I see plenty of opportunity for these backs to eat and stay healthy

I’m hoping to see rooster’s efficiency improved with the new offensive coaching

When I saw him in the Spring I was surprised how small he was

But we’ve been having this discussion for like 10+ years…sometimes a kid just knows how to play the game and be successful. **** the “measurables”
What I thought too. He plays faster than what I think a 40 would show.

What impressed me and was surprising was how quickly he accelerates and gets to his top gear.

Don't feel quite as bad about Chaney and Citizen going down after seeing Stanley, Perry and Walden. For slapdick walk-ons they each looked capable of executing plays if needed.
Yo Rok, come on, I'm all for pumping the tires up of the team and these walk-ons cause they try hard, but Perry is always looking for a homeruns and he lost yards on a few plays where he could have taken 4, and Walden was giving the yards he got, he was looking for contact in the open field, he aint good, hes just a body.
If we get down to them, we fugged majorly, they're not Div 1 rbs.
Stanley can keep up he just isn't a game breaker, great RB, just not a top end athlete is all and I love the guy.
Just the running backs that the 1st team in practice are going against i.e., Perry, Walden, aren't what they would have seen if City and Chaney were around, which will hurt us in the long run.
