Man, the CIS forum hasn't ever experienced a Natty title since its inception, has it??!!! What will this place be like?!
And the Kennedy family lived in Palm Beach, Trump now living there, Kai Trump to Miami. The Lincoln ProjectI believe Kennedy had a Secretary named Lincoln and Lincoln had one named Kennedy IIRC as I heard this in 5th grade lol

Because there wasn't anything to flag. I've never seen a flag thrown on a hail Mary.. 10 people in a scum, pushing and shoving.Ref kept a pass interference flag in his pocket on the final play of the Fiesta Bowl
Yeah man there’s something in the air for sure
This is an almost eerie parallel between New Year's Night, 1984 and this upcoming game. The Huskers, coached by Tom Osborne, had legendary players in Mike Rozier and Irving Fryar. Yes, they relied on the Wishbone, which we made obsolete that night with our speed at defense, but they had enormous talent and were a 15 point favorite.Feels like some parallels to the 1983 OB. Nebraska was considered invincible… this game is supposed to be Indiana’s coronation. Mario has built this team from nothing (with a lot of home grown talent)
and it feels like the dawn of a new era for the state of Miami.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! ETTDSpeaking of which- I wonder if Trump will be at the natty? I don’t think it’s that far fetched and might remind the Big12 refs how they should call the game.
I was just talking w my son early this AM driving him to airport as we listened to xm college channel 84 and Dari whatever and some other dude were sucking off Indiana and comparing them to LSU 2019This is an almost eerie parallel between New Year's Night, 1984 and this upcoming game. I would not be surprised to see the Stupid Money push Indiana to a 9.5 point favorite or thereabouts.
I do wish Howard was still with us.

I had the same thought about 1983. Watched from a bar in Marietta Ga, with my bro. He head butted me at the final and opened a gash above my eye. I didn’t care, too happy too drunk, it was glorious. Gonna watch this with my son. Hopefully No headbutt when we win. But, I’ll take for the win, F**k itGO CANESFeels like some parallels to the 1983 OB. This is the thread for these:
I always felt since the beginning of the playoff run that the most apt parallel is the '83 Canes: the team who put Miami on the map.
And now we face the Big Red juggernaut from up north with everybody sucking them off! IMO, we should don our orange pants for this one.
Go Canes baby!
Completely parallels the Abe Lincoln and JFK assassinations….
The names Lincoln and Kennedy each contain seven letters. Indiana has seven letters.
Both assassins had fifteen letters in their names. Keionte Scottt has twelve letters.
Both Lincoln and Kennedy were second children. I would consider giving up my second child for #6.
Both were succeeded by vice-presidents named Johnson: Andrew born in 1808 and Lyndon in 1908. Indiana can suck my Johnson.
Kennedy was also shot in a Lincoln..I believe Kennedy had a Secretary named Lincoln and Lincoln had one named Kennedy IIRC as I heard this in 5th grade lol
Coffee and Adderrall the breakfast of champions
If Mario gets a natty, no one on this board will even bring up a lack of a conference championship. We were the best team in the conference - no one else (in our conference) would've went on this run defeating A&M, Ohio State and Ole Miss. ****, if Mario were to win multiple natty's but never win the ACC, I'm fine with it.If things go as we want them to Jan. 19, will the mopes still complain about a lack of ACC championships, or will Mario get a pass for a few weeks?
