Pages not loading

Same thing used to happen to me all the time and drive me nuts. Click remember me when logging in.
 
1 thing that can be fixed though is when you click on "post quick reply" it raises the page a little and you end up clicking cancel.

Same on mobile. Tapatalk. Deleted again (2nd time in a couple of months. Re-installed, works again may have something to do with Android rolling out new system.
