I remember about 15 years ago listening to Bill King on xm, rivals radio. He loved the Canes and was an absolute encyclopedia of college football history. He still does a 3 hour podcast early in the morning

Mark Packer has lost a ton of weight lately, wasn’t sure if he was dealing with a health issue or he did it to get healthier. I enjoy their show during football and basketball seasons but the off seasons struggle for content.

I think it's both. While I don't watch the show regularly these days, there was a period of time about a year ago that he had some health concerns. Pretty sure he had covid a couple of times, too.

I tuned in a week ago and was shocked at how obvious his weight loss was...
