Duke Johnson tops my underrated list. He would have been a Heisman contender on better Canes teams.

For overrated, I go with Ken Dorsey. People always cite his record to prove how great he was, as if he really had much to do with it. Honestly, I think there’s about a 50/50 chance that the 2001 team would have won the national championship with Kirby Freeman as QB.

You don’t know **** about football. Duke would never be a heisman contender and Ken Dorsey was a great leader and qb.

Was this seriously worth making a thread?

That’s dumb because Tom Brady was drafted in 7th round. You can be a great college player and not be great in pros. Jj stokes was a guy who I see put up great games and he flames out in pros

Brady was drafted in the 5th round. Brady was drafted there low because he wasn't that great of a college QB. Ask any Michigan fan.

Pretty much every great college QB is drafted highly in the pros. Even the guys like Tebow and Leinart who end up being busts.

Your spot in the draft is an excellent sign of how good of a college player you were.

Pretty much every great college QB is drafted highly in the pros. Plenty of high picks end up being being a bust in the pros (Tim Tebow, Jamarcus Russell, Matt Leinart), but they were still drafted highly, because people expected them to do well in the pros due to their great college career.

Actually you're both wrong it was the 6th

And he was an exceptional College QB.

Watch a documentary on him, all he did was win. He was just a 6'4" beanpole with an acceptable arm. The HC fell in love with Drew Henson (uber athlete who went on to play in the Yankees minor league system) and heavily rotated them - despite Brady being significantly better.
