Over reaction a little bit . . . maybe?

In Atlanta the sun has come up every morning since the **** storm on Sunday. I think we were a little over rated at #8. Malik is not a very accurate qb. That is going to kill us this year. I haven't been a fan of CMR's play calling. Of course missing open wideouts will make the best play caller look terrible. We aren't as bad as we looked against Lsu thankfully! I hope!

I never viewed us a top eight team, honestly I thought we were a mirage last year, lots of flukey things happened. Then mix in a crappy qb returning , top eight teams don’t have horrible qbs.
 
4 things HAVE to change or we lose 4-5 games. QB play, OL, DT’s except Willis, and Special Teams.

Special teams alone basically cost us the l$u game.
 
Too many things just didn’t go our way
Malik playing terrible missing passes
Starting 0-7 on 3rd down
Excessive subbing against an elite talented team
Drive killing penalties
Drive extending penalties on defense
Jahvontae dean being eviscerated by LSU receiver(he gave up more than half of LSU’s passing yards which was 140....)
Oline uneven performance, at times They looked good but other times overwhelmed.
Diaz with his crazy blitzes:
Linebackers being non existent in the game(I thought Pinckney played the worst out of all the backers while quarterman was solid but not great and McCloud was okay as well
 
We play the hunter much better than the hunted. This reminds me of Morris his sr year. All the hype and then yeah. Thankfully we have more talent than those teams. I do agree this was a mirage, one of those games. Week to week teams can look polar opposite. If we don't open up a large *** can of whoop *** the next 11 weeks I'll be worried. We got our **** pushed in. See what we are made of.

Losing the game is not the issue for me.
It’s that the same issues are still there that’s troubling.
Same play calling issues same defensive issues.

Also I liked how aggressive we were in the 2nd and 3rd drive in that game on offense. Richt should have came out in the opening drive in that game plan rather then trying to stuff it up the middle to allow them to build momentum

I don’t think we are overrated at #8 at all, have you seen the majority of teams 8-25? Outside of Bama, Clemson, Oklahoma, Georgia, Ohio State, Wisconsin and maybe Auburn the rest of the teams are just like Miami. Penn State almost lost to App St, ND isn’t that good and Michigan looked like hot garbage, We could have beat Washington. I think you’re giving to much credit to the teams #8 and above.

If we had UW, ND, or PSU qb we don't lose at all. Yeah I said it.

CFB is all over the place now. It's week to week. VT looked great, then they'll lay an egg. LSU will get stomped by somebody soon. Sweet Willie will even whoop up on somebody.

A 10 win team? I don’t think you guys full understand how bad Malweak really is. If we had a guy who just put the ball where it needs to be put then LSU wouldn’t have even been in that football game. This team is easily the second best in this conference and probably one of the best 8 teams in CFB with consistency at QB. Malweak is so bad he literally makes our other problems look even worse than they really are.

Watch the VT game last year man. He couldn't have played worse. Impossible. We win in spite of this dude, or so I hope again.
 
It's not an overreaction when we are currently in the midst of a 4 game losing streak, getting outscored 129-58 during that span. This isn't a one game event.

But that was in Miami...you think he’s going to Blacksburg and doing that? Man could barely handle Charlotte, NC.

Because we played a weak FSU team at their place and had VT here...Malweak isn’t going up to Blacksburg and doing the same thing again. You’re crazy if you think he is.
 
Depends on how you look at it:

- We're still good enough where 10 wins is realistic
- We went from NC hopes to now looking like we probably won't win the ACC Coastal

Welcome to life under Richt. Now you know how Georgia fans felt for 15 years.

Half the fans will be happy to be a 10 win team and a clean program, while the other half will be ****ed about always falling short of expectations.
