List your ideas for outside the box candidates for the HC job.


Bruce Arians.

We will not be a big time program again until we are at least being considered by big name elite coaches. Arians would be an incredible college football coach. Brilliant offensive mind. Great motivator. Swagger for days.
All I'm saying is call that man and have him turn you down. Word is only job he would take is Browns job.

We are we thinking small. Lets go get a big time coach.

I want what Arizona State did. Motivator and CEO with an elite staff. Bama model but affordable and realistic.
