our season doesnt start until oct 1

We should be undefeated going into the Florida State game. Absolutely no reason why we shouldn't be. 3 cake walks and then a team that Richt has been facing every year since he has been at Georgia. He knows their option system and should shut them down easily.

My expectations for the first 4 games are zero sacks by the Olinemen, 1000 yards rushing as a team and the defense gives up less than 50 points total
 
lol, we have a bunch of guys that lost to cincinnati in that locker room, not saying we're gonna lose prior, but we're in no state of taking games for granted
 
Season starts with first play of FAMU game...and continues with every snap through 4Q until Miami crushes their opponent in the NC game...
 
F you man. I've waited eight months for this. You're not making me wait an extra one. The season starts in 12 days!
 
I expect GT to be much better than last year when they were ravaged by injuries so that game is not a slam dunk like the first 3.

My concern is the leap up in competition when we play FSU. 3 cupcakes ,followed by a decent ACC opponent and then boom FSU.

It is what it is. We used to regularly open the season with FSU.

Our Season starts at Kickoff of the FAMU game!
We should have a 42-0 halftime lead, with a final score of 66-0, with ALL Starters on the sidelines in the 2nd half. Same goes for game 2. We can't just Win the games we're suppose to Win, we have to Win them the WAY we're suppose to win against lesser Teams.

We should not struggle with this caliber of competition. Put them away, let the 2nd and 3rd teams get reps, while the starters are resting and cheering them along.

Beat them like there name is Rodney King!

Almost every starter will have played against FSU, **** even Willis has played against em already. And if kids like Shaq and Richards aint hyped for that game, I would be surprised. Kids know what this game means.

refs will throw a flag and give the other team a new quarter to work with. But I like the way you are thinking,

Yes we did, but it wasn't because of talent. It was because of a **** poor coaching staff. Our team took on their timid personality. In regards to App. State, right now we are not in 2002, where we can take anyone lightly. This teams needs to learn to show up to every game. Play 100% from start to finish. We're still undoing some of the garbage from the previous regime.
 
I think I'm just going to enjoy the DL, after five years of patty cake defense, getting to tee off and make plays in the backfield.

We take noles this year. Golden will not be in the locker room at halftime this year. I think we have chance of rolling into South Bend undefeated for our first Game of the Year in years. I think Mark was on the team when we beat ND once but he was part of enough beat downs by them to have a nice hate going.

We will be Notre Dame. If we beat them and FSU we will be in for quite the season. Still could drop a game to UNC though.
 
App State won't be easy unless they take the crowd out of the game early on.

I think we take the Noles down as well; however, the games before Notre Dame are not going to be easy. Coming off an emotional win against FSU, we better not let our guard down against UNC. Also, that Va. Tech game concerns me from the standpoint that presumably after two tough games, that short rest going into Blacksburg may take a toll, but I hope were ready. I believe in Richt to get them up to play.
