Seems like it, he plays back yard hero ball and doesn't set his feet. He is more dangerous out of structure but if you cant QB in structure you wont win in the NFL. You have to be able to do both now.

He lands with a real coach and a solid cast, he quickly reverts to a franchise QB. Watch it play out a couple years from now that way.
