Our offense with TVD inserted is the …

Their pass rush is solid, better not get too cute today on defense (fully expect Manny to as per usual). This will be a dogfight if Manny doesn’t gameplan around Jordan Travis and that run game. And I don’t expect him to.

Norvell is head and shoulders above Manny as far as X’s and O’s go. This game in all likelihood will be far from last year.

I agreed with everything until you said Norvell is “heads and shoulders” above Manny on Xs and Os. And I’m not saying that to compliment Manny, who is manure.
 
Maybe points scored but I don’t think we’re a top three offense yet. Not to be a nope cause I have high hopes for our offense. But there’s a bunch I’d put ahead of us

Norvell is a pretty solid offensive mind. He isn’t elite, but the separation is much more due to the fact that Manny is just manure.

I liked the offenses at Memphis, but that was more Brian Johns than Norvell. I do like Brian Johns.
 
This game will be close not because FSWHO can stop us it’s because Our DC runs a defense that couldn’t stop the Miami Grey Ghosts and won’t allow us to blowout somebody…

Their best bet would be hope they can pressure with front 4 or maybe the occasional blitz and play coverage. They need to hope TVD gets impatient and throws into contested windows in a two high look. Man has 0 fear with the deep ball in single high

I mean you're probably right, I've always been the guys that looks at the total picture

You can't be good one season and trash the next, and then get defined as trash forever

I'm sure that a lot of what we're seeing at LB play is coaching. T Will would've have done wonders for that group, on paper anyway

I guess we'll see how it plays out in the long run..

Fake injuries obviously + I can see them taking dirty shots to try to take TVD and Rooster out of the game.
 
I expect us to win today and for TVD to do very well.

That in itself makes me very very nervous, because I expected us to lose to NC St and Pitt and for TVD to do very poorly.........See what I am getting at here.

That said I did place a $100 wager on Miami -2.5, which again makes me uneasy. Going to be some weird *** score of 22-20 for Miami
