And we did it. Anything beyond that accomplishment is a bonus. No need to panic we already had a great season

while true, a loss also puts a damper on the season. 10-2 would still make for a big bowl, but they need a win next week to complete the og mission

Bull****.

We arent ******* Iowa. We aren't ******* oklahoma state. We aren't Arizona, we aren't Wake Forest, we aren't Georgia.

Just getting to the game is not enough. It never will be enough. If all any current canes coach can do is accomplish the goal of "get to the ACCCG" then move on to the next one.

I am not lowing the bar I am very happy with our season. We are not that good be happy with the progress. This is not a Natty team. It is probably not a top 10 team but it has been a really fun year and we accomplished something to be proud of even if we don't win another game

Not really coming at you directly, but that is such a loser mentality. Yeah before any games were played that was the goal. Before we threw any passes that was the goal. Before we put on the turnover chain 25+ times that was the goal. The goals were elevated as the season went on.

There is no way to spin this. It was a bad loss and it was 100% on Rosier and his poor execution of WIDE OPEN receivers. It's not enough to say "we completed our goal of getting to the ACCCG". We were 10-0 and #2 in the country with potentially locking ourselves into the playoff with a W. This was a complete failure and wasted all those close wins we had.

Yea great, we beat teams we hadn't beaten in a while. That's not where we should measure ourselves. The bar was raised by our a play and we effing tripped over it and face planted hard.

Fvck that, we had everything to play for and ****ed it down the drain. Horrible loss but we got to regroup this week for sure

Like someone replied to Tim Reynolds on twitter, losing to a 4-7 team is bad no matter the circumstances.

Goals change and when you are a game versus 4-7 PITT from having an undefeated regular season, its a disappointment to have anything less.

Stop with the excuses...this is a **** loss. Don't rationalize it.

I never got as high on this team as you Mike. NATTY simply not possible with this OL. IMO this could have happened any week. Winning the Coastal with this OL IMO was lucky and a lot of fun. I am going to Charlotte to support my team but I never thought we were top 10 and still don't. Been doing this a long time i don't get too high or low anymore.
