"Miami hasn’t reached 30 points offensively in any of its last seven games against Power 5 conference teams. Miami scored 14 against Pittsburgh, 3 against Clemson and 24 against Wisconsin to close last season.

This year, Miami had 17 against LSU, 26 against North Carolina (the 21 other points were scored on defensive touchdowns), 28 against FSU and 13 against Virginia.

That’s not good enough during this new age of college football when many teams put up video game numbers on offense. And it might surprise you that UM averaged more points in its final three full seasons under Al Golden (31.4, 33.8 and 29.2) than it did last year under Richt (29.1, which ranked 59th in the country)."

Honestly didn't even realize it was this bad...smdh. I have supported Richt through all of the other BS, but benching N'Kosi tonight was a fireable offense. The entire season is list, and you destroyed the future as well.

Homer took a knee against FSU and the offense didn’t get a chance to score 30 against UNC bc The defense scored 21 that has to be the worst article of Barry Jackson’s career if that’s the angle he tried to go with

So what? It was Richt's call...

Last year the wildcat was used vs VT and ND successfully. Not used until Clemson, and not until the game was over. Same vs. Wisconsin.

This year we just scrapped it from the playbook altogether.

True. We could of scored over 30 on FSU and chose not to. Also vs NC we could of scored more but wanted to stay classy.
However....we need and OC like yesterday.
Kendall Briles please

We need to hire a real OC. The play calling is atrocious the OLine is terrible, and our QB play has been subpar.

He decided he didn't need it 30 years ago. So why use it in today's era.
