He needs to stop holding on to the **** ball for so GOD **** long... I called that **** out a long time ago, he's going to be the reason we lose a game..

For real... He holds on to the **** ball for so long to only kick a ******* 20 yard punt...
 
Go back and look at that punt block, even though Herdon gave an HAE short for half a$$ effort, Feagles should have had the ball out no problem. I was thinking the same thing Feagles held the ball 1.5 seconds to long. Terrible execution there, that gave UVA a short field which they capitalized on.

We need a dedicated ST coach, period. Thomas fielding that punt at the 5, having two #4 's on the field, Herndon barely making an effort to get in the way of the defender on the blocked punt, the missed PAT....You're right, at some point, against a better team ST's are going to cost us.

Feagles...he's played like a frosh for much of the season. I think we've been spoiled over the last few years with the punters we've had; Bosher, O'Donnell and Vogel all in the league right now. Feagles did boom one and give us some breathing room yesterday in the 4th when we were punt near our own goal line. Hopefully it doesn't cost us big this year and he can continue to develop in the offseason.

It was worse than a half *** effort. When they send ONE guy, he should easily be blocked. That wasn't on the punter.

It's been a decade since a true Fr has punted here. His stats are quite similar to Bosher's Fr season
 
He kicks most of them well. If you notice we have very few returns against us. I think that's a coaching decision to go for height and hold it so our coverage can get closer to the return man. Missed assignments can't happen though.

UM's Special Teams were awful yesterday. We've got a long way to go with this unit. A blocked punt, missed PAT, two #4 on the field at the same time is embarrassing, to say the least. Remember the title game two years ago turned on an onside kick for Alabama over Clemson.

While Feagles has shown his youth at times this season, the block was not on him. Herndon did an extremely poor job and it cost us. More about Herndon and that was disappointing considering he's a senior.
 
A few players told me his leg is a good amount stronger than Vogel's. Obviously he's very inconsistent right now, hopefully this off season he'll get it together.
 
Laughing at the weekly our punter sucks Post. That blocked punt was on Herndon. We have been spoiled by having 3 NFL punters in a row. Feagles is not great but not nearly as terrible as these posts says he is. I guess when we are 10-0 you need to find something to criticize.

Don’t forget our kicker missed the field on a KO and Mcloud stupid running into punter. We were fortunate we woke up.
