It should be a blinding flash of the obvious to all that our head coach is not getting the job done. We can debate all day long if it’s talent, use of talent, culture, coordinators, quarterback, clock management…it’s all of the above and the head coach is responsible. We talk about potential fixes but If you were a top rated QB or receiver in high school, an accomplished QB in the portal, or an innovative offensive coordinator, what possible reason would make you choose this disaster? We are kidding ourselves if we think this is going to improve with the current head coach. 7-5 at best with a loss in a bowl nobody’s ever heard of is our fate yet again. After almost 20 years of mediocrity and irrelevance, I’m sticking to The Curse of the OB as the most logical explanation for this mess.
