Our coaches since Butch

It's amazing looking back at our hires after Schelly, Jimmy, Coach E and Butch. Howard went to the new league the rest went to the NFL, those following hit the scrap heap! We need to hit a home run with Manny.

im in wait in see on diaz but he isn't leaving if successful unless dolphins is his real dream job. I don't think that is I th ink Miami is his dream job so unlike those others I think if diaz wins here we will keep him for years which would be nice. plus we pay going rate for a hc now we didn't then. which is why left in first place. jj didn't want to leave but got more money in dallas. that said if u look at where we got those guys schnellenberger nfl oc, jj ok state coach, Erickson wash state coach, butch nfl dc we didtn just promote from within or go to a group of 5 school to get our coaches.

Jimmy and Coach E were not highly regarded by the UM fans when hired. We caught lightning in a bottle and hopefully Manny can be the home run hire we need.

Strikes me as a college guy. No NFL aspirations.
 
Since Butch, we've had no coaches, only corches.

If he had been willing to make adjustments on defense, including jettisoning Onofrio, there COULD be a case to be made for this.

As it stands, he made his bed and we had to sleep in it until we were able to get his *** capped.

Are you kidding me? We had to pay that used car salesman to go away before he completely destroyed the program and now he’s suing us. Everyone blew the Shapiro thing out of proportion and he took advantage of it. At the end of the day, Shapiro was some lap dances and some boat rides. Boats and hoes is a slow weekend here.
