Hickson belongs he has proved that with his hall....I won't say he beat out bama but he did beat UGA for Chaney. My criteria is get guys who UGA bama CU OSU are really after until then and only until then u will see change on the field. Kirby can't coach but he's elite annually and his teams r loaded up front. That's where we need to be to compete.....u need the dogs in college to compete and u don't win first then get them cause UCF wins and can't recruit at that level. Recruiting is about maintaining also? Because every new staff or hire has to sell the guys there already and sell the guys committed and sell the recruits there recruiting as well! Along with development and teaching them about the life and how to be a man and to a certain extent be a productive member of society.
