Other than ranting on social media

Not saying they aren't doing anything behind closed doors, I just don't know about it, what are guys like Alonzo highsmith and phillip Buchanan and crew doing other than just ranting on social media? Have they tried to reach out to the BOT directly? Reached out to Shalala directly or Blake James etc? What about Gino Torreta, he is on our BOT. What does he say about this and have they personally reached out to him? Like I said not saying nothing is being done, but I feel as if something needs to be done directly not just on social media.

If something is, I\we just dont know about it.

Right but that is taking place all over Twitter, I am curious has he personally spoken to high up people and what did they say.

The guy is very well connected. Just let it play out and see what he can do.
I don't think we need updates on who he's contacting.

He said if the women's curling coach comes to him and says, "Hey, Zo, we can't keep up with Newfoundland Tech. They've got more bristles on their brooms" that he will make sure we have state of the art brooms.

If there are personal conversations happening, then I doubt we would know anything about it. Hence the term "personal conversation".
 
I am just curious not looking for what those personal conversations consist of cause no one would know but I just hope they are happening

Alonzo is trying to make something happen. Can we give him a minute to get it started before we criticize it? There is probably a reason that he wants to do it outside the Hurricane Club or some existing mechanism. Perhaps he realizes that the current President is leaving and the AD and football coaching staff are under fire and is trying to create solutions without needing to start over with new people in 6 months or a year. Also while minimizing negativity.

Whatever works to bring the U back to winning.
 
Alonzo just tweeted the following in 3 tweets (I consolidated them for ease of reading): "Jammi German is in! Said he doesn't have any money right now but will auction off a chunk of Maxwell Vose's afro and scalp that he's been hanging onto since the 90s"
