Just perusing other boards:

Bama - about 50/50. Some say overrated. Others a bit shocked, and most would have been satisfied if he stayed.
UGA - the most positive. Many wanted him there, calling it a potential grand slam hire.
Tenn - meh. They seriously entertained the question who was better, Chaney or Enos. All chose Chaney.
Arky - mostly postive. They blame their failings on Bielema.
CMU - the most negative. Apparently, he called a TE reverse that is the equivalent of a hb pass in the snow.
