Looking back, it looks like Richt and Brown tried to bring him back in the fold late in the recruiting game, but he was firm to the Utes at that time. There's a thread about it, and a lot of the message board scouts were down on Richt for wanting the kid.

Still glad he was pushed out...we need that scholarship spot for a 2017/2018 RB...not for him to sit behind Travis Homer...doubt Richt was going to continue recruiting him as a FB.
