OT - What's Your Favorite Beer ?

Great thread btw. Yuengling is by far the best of the cheap beers. Also a shoutout to ATL's Sweetwater Brewing Co. I was introduced to this stuff by some friends when I lived in Orlando. Great microbrewery. Would highly recommend their "Blue" brew.

Due to pancreatitis I haven't had alcohol of any kind since 1996. But when I did drink my favorites were:

Hot summer day cooler.....Rolling Rock
American IPA.....Ballantine IPA (yes, it was **** good)
Any Belgian Ale made by monks
English Ales and IPAs
and of course.....Guiness Stout on draft
Hatuey

Most of these IPA's you 'connoisseur's' drink are pure trash. You aren't special cause you've built up a tolerance and can drink a whole bottle of insecticide.

Finally, someone with taste. Wouldn't have gone Duvel, but certainly something Belgian (or Belgian-style - there are lots of American such brews). I'll go . . . . . St. Bernadus Dubbel.

I drink Coors Light after working out for proper hydration.

I will pass this on to Mrs. Richt. At this point don't see how it could hurt.

Mostly IPAs. Bells Two Hearted and Troegs Perpetual are my go to's around the house. Most offerings from Ballast Point are pretty good......Anyone on Untappd?

I always chose Yuengling when I stop for a quick beer at a bar and they only have the usual domestic crap taps. They always seem to have a yuengling one as well, and it is way better than the buds, coors, millers of the world..
Best beer for that level of beer is Yeungling.

Right there with you man... Pale Ale is the staple. Anything Sierra makes is usually a step above. If you want to try a new one thats similiar to Jai alai check out Hazzy Little IPA. Its replaced Jai Alai as my go to right now (always changing).

You mean hazy little thing from sierra nevada? If so then yes thats good stuff. We were at sierra nevada brewery in asheville in august. That place is something awesome.
